Facebook threats woman detained

A teenager has been detained for three months in a young offenders' institution for harassing a woman on social networking website Facebook.

Keeley Houghton swore at and threatened Emily Moore in person and on the internet in July, Worcester Magistrates' Court heard.

The 18-year-old of Elgar Avenue, in Malvern, Worcestershire, admitted a charge of harassment on 31 July.

She was also given a five-year restraining order.

Houghton is prohibited from contacting Ms Moore, or commenting about her on any social networking system or website during that time.

'Tackle bullying'

Emma-Jane Cross, chief executive of charity Beatbullying, said the sentencing was the first of its kind in the UK.

She said although cyber-bullying is increasing, the government, networking sites like Facebook and charities should work together to tackle the problem of bullying generally.

"Today's sentencing of an 18-year-old girl for cyber-bullying is the first of its kind in the UK and sets an important precedent," she said.

"Cyber-bullying is a worrying and fast-growing trend which can be more harmful than typical schoolyard bullying.

"However, the solution is not to limit young people's internet access and phone usage.

"Instead, social networking sites like Facebook, along with the Government and charities like Beatbullying, must work together to tackle the real root of the problem - the bullying itself."

Graeme Stephen Tucker Is A Cyberstalker from New Zealand

Listen up, Shangi Fans! The MadShangi is under attack. Many moons ago, I made a video called "MadShangi Defends ChristianU2uber" which gained a little bit of attention on YouTube. That's when I came in contact with Graeme Stephen Tucker, age 51 - who shall forever be known as The Cyberstalker. The Cyberstalker first responded to "MadShangi Defends ChristianU2uber" from his XXYZGUY channel and I subscribed to him. But then, he started sending me these "other" videos from another channel. These videos were a smear fest against a man I have never met before: his name is Gavan Coleman. And the channel was colemansasod (now defunct). Gavan Coleman's YouTube channel is PeaceAndParty check it out.

I was wrong to call Julian Real a stalker, because Julian Real was just another pussy ass quiter. This guy was the true cyberstalker, I would come to learn that The Cyberstalker had been attacking this Gavan Coleman for months and months. He found out where the guy went to school and posted a link to the school's website underneath: "Where Gavan Went To School." He contacted his family members trying to pump them for information about their son, he had been contacting his subscribers spreading slander everywhere, trying to enlist complete strangers in his campaign of hate against Gavan. Strangers like me, The MadShangi. It didn't take long for me to see past his nice guy fascade he put on with me, and when I learned the truth about this guy. I spoke out against him in a video: "My Final Thoughts On Graeme Stephen Tucker He also hates a fella named Nicky ("Kamododragoon" on YouTube, an intersex man with Kallman's Syndrome who has strong beliefs about trans and intersex being two separate communities. The Cyberstalker calls him "Nicky the Bigot" and even posted showing his address, phone number, pictures of him, his house. While The Cyberstalker denies any involvement with that video, now removed from YouTube, those who have seen this video know it was the work of the Cyberstalker: who else would put "Don't Fuck With Graeme Tucker" in the video?



Interesting enough, The Cyberstalker's latest video is about the red flagging about one of my videos: "Fuck Feministing: The FuckYouTube Edition"

Catching Up

Sorry to my loyal 3 followers of the Shangi Blog. I have been very busy with my YouTube channel. I've been dealing with my channels getting flagged, getting sucked into a mindless YouTube flame war with a cyberstalker, one account annihilated, one left crippled, and my new one themadshangichannel getting flagged already. An Irish woman who forced a teenage son to have sex with her and abused and starved her other five children in a rat-infested bungalow has been jailed for seven years. The teenager was forced to have sex with his mother, now aged 40, on four occasions over a six-year period, the Irish Independent newspaper said. The woman from central Ireland admitted to police her children now aged between 10 and 19 were often blue with cold, had dinner only twice a week and had lice crawling over their bodies. "It was a house of horrors with bells on," the mother, who was not named in order to protect the identity of the children, was quoted as saying by several Irish newspapers. "I can safely say that I was the worst mother in the world and I'd turn back the clock if I could, but I can't," she said. The woman was given 7 years and concurrent sentences of 6 years on counts of carnal knowledge, incest and wilful neglect, Ireland's Courts Service said in a statement. Judge Miriam Reynolds said she would have given the woman a life sentence had she been a man, but the maximum sentence for women in such cases was seven years, the Irish Times newspaper reported on its website. The woman is believed to be the first female convicted of incest in Ireland. Austria shocked the world last year with what media dubbed the "house of horrors" case of Josef Fritzl, who imprisoned his daughter in a cellar for 24 years and fathered seven children by her. Fritzl will go on trial on March 16 on charges including the murder of one of their children. The Irish woman from the central county of Roscommon admitted a total of 10 charges including incest, sexual abuse, neglect and ill-treatment. The teenage son who was forced to have sex with her was quoted as saying by the irish Independent: "I was crying. She was my mother. Why did she do that to me?". The children, who were moved to foster care in 2004, told healthcare workers their mother regularly left them on their own before coming home drunk around 3-4 a.m and arguing incoherently with them. A police investigation began in 2005 after the eldest child revealed details of the abuse to Health Board staff. One daughter said nits used to crawl down her face and their mother forbade her and her sister from tying up their hair because they would become too obvious, the Independent said. Should I Even Bother With This Blog?

Hey there, Shangi Fans. Well, I only have one Shangi fan, because I only have one follower. Ha ha. I have been very busy lately, and haven't had much time to blog. Also, it just seems like a wasted effort since no one really reads it anyway. I've been spending most of my time on my YouTube channel that's getting more subscribers than I ever did with this blog.

I found out the M4 carbine and M855 5.56x45mm cartridge is not nearly as effective as it should be.

Later, since I was Company Armorer and near adopted son, I asked a harmless favor from the First Sergeant.

I got an M16A2. A Belgian one, my "FN16".

I honestly NEVER thought that I would WANT an M16, but I am convinced that the fact I had a rifle - with a purchased C-More reflector sight - is the reason I survived my first combat tour from March 2003 - April 2004.



As for what I felt?

In all honesty . . . I really felt surprisingly little. With the exception that "The weapon is NOT working".

Turns out every round I fired at the Haji hit . . . and went THROUGH him.

It was around thirty meters when I first fired. Initially six entry wounds and six exit wounds, after the third controlled pair, I dropped to a knee and put a round through his right hip bone, which dropped him immediately. Then I rushed up and shot him in the head.

I never thought a human being could produce a scream like that.

I did not even have to make the justification of "Him or Me", I just felt numb. Nothing of note for any of the individuals I shot at. The fact I was numb was more frightening.

Except for that scream.

It stays with me. Comes out every now and again during the night, but I don't even remember the bastard's face, just the scream.

The CO, 1SG and Chaplain helped me figure out that it was not my inner sociopath screaming to get out, but it was more that I had a higher maturity level - I was an "Old Man" at 26 at the time - and I was better prepared to not dwell on it.

Able to compartmentalize, as we say.

In combat I felt real anxiety, yet in many ways felt cold and detached from it all.

Quite surreal compared to the stories of other men.

You don't get smarter, you just get older by one more day.

Until the next mission, then you do it all over again. There is no *********, because you know you are not bulletproof.

For me there was just detached focus as I looked for a fight.

I had an M14 rifle in my tool box my second time in.

The guy I popped with that found out how good a shot I was, as I hit him just below his left eye. My other 1SG, who had ordered me to fire, was impressed. The M118 sniper round is a real argument winner.

He gave me a dollar he bet with the CO, who I knew from my last duty station and was picked by him for his radioman and part of his Personal Security Detachment, that I would nail the enemy in the head.

To balance my Karma, I gave the 1SG an ice-cold Coca-Cola when we finally got back to the FOB.

We were both relieved the Fates had been satisfied.



The one thing I AM afraid of is talking to people about it in person.

I wound up making some people uncomfortable the only time I did. And I am leery of speaking to people at the VA, as I cannot account for true confidentiality there.

The LAST thing I need is for my name to pop up on a "Banned from ownership" list when I go to purchase a rifle or pistol.

I did not fight for this country just to be DENIED my rights.

A New Direction For The Blog of Shangi

Shangi here. I know I have been slagging off on the quality of posts lately here had the Shangi Blog. That would probably explain why I have gone from two 2 followers to just 1 follower.

Either I need to start advertizing better, or I just should get off my lazy ass and put some fresh meat into this dead horse.

I was hoping to have an interview posted on my blog based on a conversation I had with a woman who liked my "Fuck the Feminists" song/rant/rap whatever you call it. Ha ha. She was a woman who served in the military, and agree with some of the points I made. And her insights were surprising and interesting.

An excerpt from an e-mail she sent me.

But: here’s a little background: spent close to 12 yrs in the Army, women are treated differently and in my opinion the military should go back to the way it was back in the 70s, women should be separated from the men and kept that way. (Women were in what was called the Women’s Army Corps or WAC)

She had more to say, but sadly I lost touch with her. That would sure have been a damn good post. But fuck. Whatever. I need a new direction to draw more Shangi fans, or just kill the fucking thing. So here's what I have in store for upcoming posts.
